WHO WE ARE

Nick Esposito is a second-generation firefighter who began his fire service career in his hometown of Verplanck, New York. He served with the Bridgeport, Connecticut Fire Department for 25 years, rising through the ranks and gaining extensive experience in both line and staff functions. He retired from Bridgeport as a Battalion Chief and currently serves as a Deputy Fire Chief with the Nantucket Fire Department in Massachusetts.

Nick holds a Bachelor’s in Public Safety and Master’s in Public Administration.

Truck Tactics Training focuses primarily on aerial apparatus operations and fireground strategy. Nick teaches at both regional and national levels and has authored numerous articles on aerial operations and building construction for online platforms and trade journals.
